Standard collection window is 14:00–16:00. Early or after-hours handovers can be arranged on request and may incur an additional day rate.
Returns are due by 10:00. Late returns are billed at a full extra day.
Delivery fees: R500 across greater Johannesburg, R700 for the rest of Gauteng.
