Live Event Grafix for macOS helps production teams manage and display on-air graphics, comments, and visuals during live productions. We only connect to your social accounts when you grant permission, strictly to enhance your live event experience.

Live Event Grafix for macOS helps production teams manage and display on-air graphics, comments, and visuals during live productions. We only connect to your Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube accounts after you authorise access, and we never sell or trade your information.
Types of Data Collected
We collect the minimum information needed to surface live audience interactions and keep the app running smoothly:
- • Account details such as your name, username, and profile photo that the social platform makes available.
- • Live comments, reactions, attachments, or posts that you choose to pull into the show.
- • Connection information including OAuth tokens, page or channel IDs, and page roles required to fetch content on your behalf.
- • Diagnostic details like device type, macOS version, and crash reports so we can troubleshoot issues (no content or credentials are stored in these logs).
How the Data Is Used
All data is used only to support the live event experience and nothing else:
- • Display live comments, reactions, profile pictures, and other approved content in your broadcast graphics.
- • Refresh social feeds at intervals you control and queue content that you approve for on-air playout.
- • Cache approved overlays temporarily to ensure smooth graphics performance.
- • Generate anonymised health metrics that help us improve reliability and support.
Sharing of Data
We do not sell, rent, or exchange your data with third parties. OAuth tokens and fetched content remain on your device unless you intentionally broadcast or export them. Support staff can only access logs or content that you deliberately share for troubleshooting.
Data Security
We apply security controls that keep your social connections and show data protected:
- • OAuth tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain and encrypted at rest.
- • All communication with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
- • Session caches clear automatically when you revoke access or sign out.
- • We patch dependencies regularly and review security practices to stay ahead of emerging threats.
User Rights
You stay in control of your social data gathered through Live Event Grafix:
- • Grant or revoke access at any time from the app or directly in your social platform settings.
- • View the data we pull in real time through the app interface.
- • Delete cached content immediately by revoking the account connection or clearing the cache.
- • Contact us to ask questions about how we handle your information or to submit a privacy request.
