Live Soccer Grafix delivers match graphics and scorebugs tailored for association football. The software captures match data, timing events, and operator actions to keep broadcasts accurate.

What We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate Live Soccer Grafix, support live productions, and protect your environment.
Team & Fixture Information
Club names, player lists, officials, and fixture metadata imported from spreadsheets or sporting databases supplied by the broadcaster.
Match Event Logs
Substitutions, cards, goals, and timing annotations captured during each match are stored for replay and record keeping.
User Identity & Roles
Operator names, login emails, and permissions to differentiate graphics controllers, statisticians, and supervisors.
Device & Performance Data
Diagnostic metrics about CPU, GPU, and network health to monitor system performance during live broadcasts.
How We Use Data
- • Generate real-time on-air graphics reflecting fixtures, player stats, and match progress.
- • Prevent conflicting updates by tracking which operator controls each module.
- • Provide historical match reports that producers can export post-event.
- • Analyse aggregate telemetry to optimise rendering performance across deployments.
Third-Party Integrations
Integrations are optional and operate under strict contracts. Credentials remain encrypted and under your control.
Sports Data Providers
Optional connections to SportyHQ, Genius Sports, or customer APIs pull structured data directly into the system. Credentials remain encrypted at rest.
Broadcast Controllers
Connection strings for graphics engines or character generators are stored locally on the controller node.
Analytics Opt-In
Anonymous usage analytics can be toggled by administrators. When disabled, only minimal error logs are kept.
Retention & Security
Match data is retained for the season unless clients request a longer archival period. Deleting a competition removes associated fixtures and telemetry within 14 days.
Support & Data Requests
- • Data access or deletion requests can be made through the admin console or by emailing privacy@phandastudios.com.
- • System health exports can be generated to share with broadcast partners when troubleshooting.
- • We notify customers of material policy updates at least 30 days in advance.
