Teleprompter App Privacy Policy
The Teleprompter App lets presenters collaborate on scripts, control scrolling, and monitor timing across connected devices. It supports offline operation with secure sync when reconnected.

What We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate Teleprompter App, support live productions, and protect your environment.
Presenter Profiles
Names, contact details, and preferences for fonts, speeds, and languages stored per presenter profile.
Scripts & Notes
Script text, markup, presenter cues, and version history added by the production team during rehearsals.
Device Pairing Data
Bluetooth or Wi-Fi identifiers and pairing tokens used to connect remotes, tablets, or foot pedals.
Usage Preferences
Local settings such as mirroring, countdown timers, and accessibility options saved on the device.
How We Use Data
- • Sync scripts and edits between control room and presenter displays.
- • Maintain a revision trail so teams can revert to previous script versions.
- • Detect connection issues between remote controls and prompt operators with fixes.
- • Offer personalised experiences by remembering language, font size, and pacing settings.
Third-Party Integrations
Integrations are optional and operate under strict contracts. Credentials remain encrypted and under your control.
Media Plus
When linked, approved script versions and attachments flow between Teleprompter App and Media Plus projects.
Authentication Providers
Enterprise SSO is available on request. Tokens are stored according to the customer’s identity provider policies.
Local Storage
Scripts cached on iPadOS or macOS stay on-device unless remote wipe is initiated through the admin console.
Retention & Security
Scripts remain in shared workspaces until an administrator deletes them. Deleted items are held in recycle bins for 15 days before permanent removal.
Support & Data Requests
- • Users can export scripts and revision logs directly from the app interface.
- • Remote wipe and access revocation can be triggered by workspace administrators.
- • Privacy enquiries are handled via privacy@phandastudios.com with identity verification.
