What We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate Ticket Plus, support live productions, and protect your environment.
Customer & Attendee Profiles
Names, contact information, ticket selections, seating preferences, and accessibility requests submitted during checkout.
Payment & Verification Data
Payment tokens, transaction references, and fraud screening signals handled through vetted payment gateways. Full card numbers are never stored.
Event Operations Data
Check-in scans, device identifiers for scanning hardware, and access timestamps recorded at venues.
Marketing Preferences
Opt-in status for event updates, promotions, and reminders. Customers can change preferences from every email we send.
How We Use Data
- • Issue digital and physical tickets, QR codes, and access credentials.
- • Share attendee lists and access permissions with event organisers and security teams.
- • Process refunds, chargebacks, and dispute investigations in collaboration with payment partners.
- • Generate anonymised insights about event performance, sales channels, and attendance patterns.
- • Send operational communications about schedule changes, venue instructions, or safety alerts.
Third-Party Integrations
Integrations are optional and operate under strict contracts. Credentials remain encrypted and under your control.
Payment Gateways
Stripe, Paystack, and Yoco process payments on our behalf. Tokenised references are stored for reconciliation only.
Access Control Systems
Optional integrations with NFC gates or RFID badges exchange only attendee identifiers required to grant entry.
Email & SMS Providers
Transactional notifications are delivered via vetted communications partners that comply with anti-spam regulations.
Retention & Security
Transaction records are retained for seven years to meet financial regulations. Customer accounts can request deletion; ticket history is anonymised where legal obligations allow.
Support & Data Requests
- • Attendees can manage subscriptions or request deletion via the self-service portal.
- • Organisers receive breach notifications within 72 hours of confirmation of any incident.
- • Contact privacy@phandastudios.com for data subject requests referencing Ticket Plus.
